Helical Agitator

The helical agitator is a prepressing device of the dry powder briquette machine, which provides a device for pretreating the materials entering the dry powder briquette machine.This device can prevent the phenomenon of material sticking and blocking at the inlet, and improve the ball forming rate and ball forming strength of dry powder briquette machine.

Roller

It’s the main part to press the material into briquettes. The roller adopt high-quality manganese steel materials(65Mn/9Cr2Mo), greatly improving the wear resistance and pressure ability, make the hydraulic briquette machine has a long service life, has been widely used in recent years.

Hydraulic parts

The oil pressure system consists of motor, oil pump, one-way valve, overflow valve, unloading valve, accumulator and supporting cylinder. The accumulator of this machine can make the cylinder stable, and the pressure of this machine is 15-31.5MPa, which can be adjusted. The performance of the machine is stable, the pressure generated firmly pushes the passive roll to the active roll (constant roll), overcomes the pressure generated by the material, and ensures the pellet density.

Control System

Control system can be selected according to customer’s requirements, such as manual control, semi-automatic control and PLC automatic control. Ensure all equipment are connected and run efficiently. Real-time monitoring and data collection of the production process, so that the equipment of the production line more safe operation, more energy saving, more cost saving.
